The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help out. The quality of breakfast was excellent and in general food was very good.

Breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection. The service staff is very responsive and checked us in from the early morning (our flight arrieved early). But hotel is quite far from the centre of city.
